Job Description:

Monthly book closure and submission of MIS inputs. Preparation of Schedule III Financials. Working on ICFR. Preparation of supporting ARO and schedules to financials. Inputs for Consolidation of Financials to underwrite, build and maintained portfolio mortgage/ Home Loan products and implement credit and operation policy. Responsible for overall supervision over activities like login, processing, disbursement, customer care etc. Vendor management and manage all types of training regarding credit, operation and policy products. To review applications with credit verification, financial, technical and legal analysis and sanctioned proposal within given authority limit. To underwrite and analysis and recommended proposals to seniors/committee. To review and closely monitor all MIS regarding portfolio and reporting to management on daily basis
