The GRPA team is responsible for performing monitoring and driving controls across American Express Voice and Non-Voice processes. This job incorporates a number of skills including proposing and manage communication on behalf of GRPA. In addition to controlling information output, the candidate must have comprehensive understanding of modern methods of communication and presentation.
Job profile & key responsibilities:
• The job involves creating communications & presentations based on the information generated by in-house teams across all the hubs
• Create/assist in making designs, concepts and template layout formats
• Comply to company templates, styles and quality checking
• Process requests from all the hubs and ensure deliverables are prepared to meet the defined requirements/specifications/deadlines
• Proofread the data/documents and follow industry standards on eye for detail, color and composition
• Co-ordinate with various teams on any information requirements

Qualifications
Required Qualification/Skills
• Interest in keeping abreast of emerging technologies in media, communication and an aptitude for learning new technology
• Graduate with excellent academic background
• Professional degree/course in communication/journalism is preferred
• Skill set to communicate ideas effectively within team
• Should be a team player
• Decent communication skills (both spoken and written) to be able to communicate at all levels
• Basic knowledge of MS office applications.
