Purpose of the Job:

To prepare Financial statements/Reports as per INDAS/IFRS.

What you will do:

Evaluation of new policy/amendments required: Conceptualization and impact analysis of new policy/changes
Review P&L & BS movement with the reasoning for Entity.
Support Entity CFO in a presentation to the Audit Committee and Board
The framework on Related Party transactions: Omnibus approval, ALP study, Reporting, Limits management
Review changes due to New process/business requirement & impact on Related party transactions.
Keep track of Related Party transactions subject to approval, ALP, and reporting
Put together a proposal to Audit committee for Omnibus approval
Conduct of ALP study through the third party
Lead ICoFR & IFC control audit & actionable
Custodian for designing RACM for ICoFR & IFC
Driving Projects / Adhoc requirements

Qualification & Key skills/ competencies:

CA qualified
4-8 years of post-qualification experience
Very High on Process Orientation and Analytical skill
Hardworking, disciplined & committee
