Accountabilities

Business Analytics: P&L review by Business, prepare analysis of change (AOC), scenario planning and what if analysis. Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors like Revenue, Volume, Cost of Sales, Productivity, Inflation, Forex, Material Cost, Base Cost, CapEx

MIS & Reporting: Preparation of Management Profit & Loss Account (CCO P&L) by Activity, by Reference level and by Channel. Monthly HFM Reporting and reconciling with ESS base extract. Marinating cost database and update costing tool on quarterly basis.

Operational financial performance / Controlling: Support FBP/FP&A team in day-to-day performance monitoring: ensure overall performance consistency and alert on major deviations. Support in annual TP campaign, quarterly forecasting activities.

Financial Process management & Consolidation: Database management, analyzing FICO gap, process improvement, strengthening internal controls, Grip on OPUS, FPM,  CCOIS, RCoA, Essbase

Qualifications

 

1. CA / MBA Finance


2. 5 to 8 years of experience in performance management, business analytics and planning.
