We Offer

 

  Process Owner for Legal Entity Close /submission process
• Manage the relationships with the various Legal Entity Stakeholders
• Manage the Book close for the legal entities ,  prepare the Legal Entity reporting packs
• Review LE reports (Statutory financials)
• Sign off on New Business as it impacts the entity
• Understand the control framework for the entity and escalating any control issues
• Should have strong communication and inter-personal skills and experience of managing multiple stakeholders

You Offer

 

• Chartered Accountant, having at least 6 years previous experience in financial accounting and analytical roles
• Strong Communication skills and a team player
• Experience of managing multiple stakeholders and legal entities
• Exposure to IFRS and US GAAP is desirable
