Job Description:

RECRUITMENT NOTICE:

Name of post:  Deputy Director (Regulatory Affairs and Finance
Planning)
2. Scale of pay Rs. 30000-110000/-, GP: 14500/-
3. Other allowances Dearness allowance, House Rent allowance, Medical
allowances as per Govt. of Assam Rules.
4. Minimum Required
Qualification/
Experience
(a) CA / ICWA / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
or 2 years MBA in Finance from a recognized
Institution.
(b) Minimum 10 years professional experience of
which at least 6 years in Regulatory affairs.
(c) Strong computer literacy and skills.
(d) Good written and verbal communication skills.
5. Desirable Additional
Qualification/
Experience
(a) Experience in large public utilities with
generation, transmission and distribution
facilities.
(b) Experience in matters relating to electricity
Tariffs, Commercial issues and power purchase
agreements.
(c) Good knowledge of Indian Electricity Laws.
6. Age limit Maximum45 years as on 1st January, 2018.

4. Minimum Required
Qualification
(a) Bachelor degree in Commerce or Intermediate
Chartered Accountant or Intermediate Cost and
Works Accountant.
(b) Minimum 7 years of work experience in
accounting.
(c) Exposure to computer operations.
5. Desirable Additional
Qualification/
Experience
(a) Good written and verbal communication
skills.
(b) Working experience in a Government organization
or in Public Sector Enterprise
(c) Knowledge and experience of IT software in
maintenance of accounts is preferable.
6. Age limit Maximum40 years as on 1st January, 2018.
