Job Description: Supporting ActionsMonthly analysis of Business performance¡ Monthly in-depth analysis of operational and financial performance of each Unit and the Business;¡ Prepare and monitor business performance against Budget;¡ Prepare monthly presentation for discussion with the internal leadership team, Business Review with the Business Director/ Sector Head and Quarterly BRC presentations.¡ Developing profit improvement plans for both Businesses¡ Benchmarking operational and financial performance of peers group. Planning & Budgeting process¡ Assist in preparation and implement robust and efficient Annual Business Planning process for the entire Chlor Alkali business and VFY business. This will include the detailed analysis of Unit-wise and Product wise operational and financial performance of the business and prepare consolidated Annual Business Plan (viz. P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow) of both the Businesses.
Required Qualifications: Chartered Accountant / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with at least 15 years of work experience
