Job Description: E2E ownership & accountability of Management Reporting process at an AXP/Segment/ Regional/Market/LOB level
• Ensure high level integrity of the P&L through effective close control activities to maintain high accuracy and productivity standards.
Assess the balance of the year Segment P&L outlook by timely identification of risks & opportunities
• Detailed review of the P&L along with variance analytics, trend analysis and commentary to cater to diverse customer requirements. Basis results analysis, candidate should be able to assess 'balance of the year' risks & opportunities of the segment P&L
•Ensure that all deadlines are continually met and adequate controls are maintained over the processes
•Perform pro-active root cause analysis on financial variances and link back to business events
•Ensure compliance with the prevailing policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications: CA / MBA from reputed institute with 3-5 years of experience
• Reporting and analysis experience will be a distinct advantage
• Must be proficient in MS Applications such as Word, Excel and Power-point
Be flexible to operate in different time zones to troubleshoot user queries and issues
Location: Gurgaon
