Job Description:This position will be part of Accounting & Reporting Operational Governance group and will be responsible to provide analytical & project support to Market Controllers and lead process improvement initiatives by identifying and leveraging appropriate technology. The incumbent will be required to support in developing and maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.

• Engage with market controllership teams in month close processes.


• Drive, engage and lead various market/regional calls – month close calls etc.


• Analyze various lines in legal entity financial statements e.g. reserves etc.

• Closely engage with market controllership teams for BU/External reporting submissions


• Support regional quarter clearance with external auditors


• Providing support in monthly/quarterly RC Governance Process.


• Support adhoc financial requirements/ analysis


• Engage in various internal projects/initiatives – and be able to


• evaluate current processes, identify opportunities to improve or make the process more efficient

Required Qualifications:Chartered Accountant with 2 -4 year of post qualification experience, preferred or B. Com 8 yr. experience in accounting process

• The incumbent will support on issues that are both strategic & tactical, supporting the various financial analysis requirements, both for monthly deliverables as well as Controllership projects.


• Should have problem solving, planning and analytical skills to facilitate and focus on continuous improvement and innovation; with technical bent of mind.


• Familiarity with AMEX system like Essbase, Oracle, TM1 etc. and tools like – SharePoint; Advanced Excel & other MS applications etc. – familiarity with Robotics, NLG etc. would be an added advantage.

• Should have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to interact independently business partners / customers etc.


• Ability to collaborate across geographies in a matrix structure and deliver on customer expectations and flexible to work across multiple time zones
