Job Description:  Supports a specific targeted area with financial and budget related needs; conducts financial analysis for group/business unit leadership
• Build, maintain, and update standardized monthly financial reporting specific that will help drive and support the business, inclusive of business metrics/KPIs
• Prepare standard analytics and reporting on firm scheduled deadlines
• Understanding of industry drivers which may impact Mastercard’s top line business in the division and its internal business processes which drive costs.
• Create opportunities for automation and more efficient methods of creation and delivery
• Works closely with Project Management team on integration of FP&A services

Required Qualifications:   Demonstrates the ability to build internal and external business partnerships; begins to develop key relationships to understand the needs and objectives of stakeholders
• Experience reviewing and analyzing financial and operational modeling to support moderate-to-complex projects
• Experienced with financial systems and applications (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle)
• Experience resolving basic issues in a timely and efficient manner, begins to gain exposure to the resolution of complex issues
• Results driven/Change Agent
• Strong Communication Skills with Customer Service Mindset
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
