Job Description: Under the management of the Controller, will be part of a team of 3-4 people and responsible for all
inventory accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities include:
▪ Valuation of inventory periodically within the specified deadlines, including verifying and
accurate reporting
▪ Delivering management reports including commenting on P&L and balance sheet
movements
▪ Complete and accurate closure of audits, e.g. statutory audit, internal audit
▪ Develop a deep understanding of the business drivers behind purchasing, inventory planning
and valuation

▪ Reconciling inventory accounts to the general ledger and analysing variances
▪ Assisting in the improvement in internal controls related to inventory and accounts payable
▪ Manage stakeholders within and outside, and provide all inventory related details within

▪ Maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of ERP and constantly seek to optimize processes
▪ Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Required Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant with 2-3 yrs of experience.
▪ An understanding of IGAAP/IndAS in relation to inventory
▪ Proficient in MS Excel
Preferred Qualifications
▪ Experience of Big4/industry in manufacturing, trading and ecommerce companies
▪ Experience with handling large data
▪ Goal oriented with excellent teamwork skills
▪ Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little
supervision
▪ Ability to build successful relationships with many different stakeholders
