Job Description:

• Preparation of Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements of the company as per Indian GAAP


• Handling the Statutory and Internal Auditors


• Controlling multi-location accounting from Central level


• Managing timely accounting in accordance with company norms and statutory requirements

• Ability to train & mentor F&A team members at different locations for the effective completion of the assigned tasks & objectives.


• Should be able to establish effective coordination across functions


• Finalization of Books of Accounts on monthly basis for all group companies and preparation of quarterly and annual financial statement.


• Preparation/ producing the documents & assisting to tax consultant for departments notices i.e. Service Tax, Income Tax, TDS etc. of all group companies.


• Preparation of documents and information for handling service tax audit and TDS Survey/Summons.


• Finalization of TDS/ service tax and WCT/VAT at every month of all group companies.


• Interaction with statutory auditors for finalization of accounts & Income Tax Return all group companies.

• Construction related bills verification & authentication.


• Filling of Service tax and TDS returns on timely basis.


• Process Implementation of monthly closing of books of accounts
