Key Responsibilities:
Facility / Transaction Processing:
- Track clients due for annual review and initiate preparation with lender.
- Manage annual review volume to ensure risk grading and client experience is not negatively impacted.
- Assist CLT Lender in determining specific collateral value of marketable securities.
- Prepare credit write-ups and documentation for fully secured credit facilities.
- Capture terms and conditions stipulated in the Loan Origination System into the corporate credit platform.
- Establish and monitor proper linkages between the Corporation Credit Systems.
- Advise market partners and other team members on facility rates, collateral values, and credit exposure information.
- Coordinate with internal staff and external constituencies to ensure approved facilities are correctly booked.
- Maintain electronic credit documentation and file maintenance within Corporate Repository Systems.
- Participate in regular credit training to continually enhance credit skills.
