The team’s capabilities include Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Strategy, Business Modeling, Accounting Advisory Services, Deal Advisory Research and Benchmarking.
Job Description	Accounting Advisory Services(AAS) Accounting Advisory Services: Drafting technical accounting memos, position papers, GAAP conversions and support on implementing new standards. Post Deal Reporting (Buy-side): Assess and align target/acquirer accounting policies, preparation of opening balance sheet, pro- forma financial statements, accounting memos for PPA. IPO Advisory: Assistance in IPO readiness assessment, preparation of historical financial statements and regulatory filings. Sell-Side Advisory (Carve-out financial statements): Develop and document carve-out methodology and financial statements and carve-out accounting memos. 1. Basic Skill sets: Commerce Graduate (Preferable B.Com Hons from reputed university) Fresher with good verbal and written communication Good working knowledge of MS office tools especially MS Excel Good Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards 2. Job Profile: Candidate will be analyzing the lease contracts to prepare a data base with relevant information like Lease period, whether contains embedded leases, operating leases/finance lease etc. Having discussion with US teams to clear any doubts or providing further information. 3.
