The Boeing Company in India is seeking a Senior Finance Professional to support the company’s growing presence in India.

This position manages employees performing estimates, cost or price proposals, business case development and risk, financial and competitive analyses.

This position is responsible for

  Developing and executing project and process plans, implementing policies and procedures and set operational goals.
  
  


• 
  
  Acquiring resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leadings process improvements.
  
  


• 
  
  develop and maintains critical relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports, worldwide.
  
  


• 
  
  provides oversight and approval of technical approaches financial procedures, products and processes. while managing, developing and motivating employees.
  
  

Job responsibilities include:

• 
  
  Serve as the primary finance leadership support for key business leaders, including the leadership team for the Boeing India Engineering & Technology Center.
  
  


• 
  
  Partner with finance colleagues across the enterprise and worldwide in the oversight and support of engineering work placed with Boeing India for execution.
  
  


• 
  
  Lead the design and implementation of efficient finance processes for growing business activity
  
  


• 
  
  Ensures that projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Has impact to own discipline or work unit. Decisions would impact the ability to achieve results and/or schedules.
  
  


• 
  
  Directs daily operations of the work unit
  
  


• 
  
  Frequent contacts with internal personnel and external representatives concerning operations, scheduling or specific phases of projects or contracts. Interacts primarily internally both management and non-management employees, peers and other supervisors.

  Ability to inspire and motivate individual contributors, and accomplish results through non-management employees who may or may not exercise significant latitude and independence in their assignments. Often heads a work unit. Assignments are often task or activity oriented.

  Skilled in advising a work unit regarding tasks, projects and operations. Actively involved in daily operations only when required to meet schedule or resolve complex problems.

  Directly manages non-management employees in daily operations.

Qualifications

MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst is MUST with 12 or more years' related work experience.
