- Participate in monthly forecasting (POR) process developing Short & Long Term P&L and Balance Sheet Forecasts
- Perform monthly variance analysis and develop Orders, Revenue & Profitability Guidance for HQ Reporting
- Interface with Business Unit Financial Analysts during month end close and provide them with financial details/explanations regarding variances
- Ensure correct Revenue Recognition and Project Accounting
- Responsible for conducting month end checks for Projects (EAC movements, Loss Accruals and Cost Corrections )
- Working of pre close accruals, re-class of timesheets and time sheet analysis
- Responsible for post month end reports for local management (WIP analysis, Forecasting Accuracy and By Project Profitability)
- Projects related activities in Oracle ( project closures, clearance of cost interface errors, PA module closure)
- Support month end reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley regulatory requirements (internal control)
- Bachelors’ Degree in commerce.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- 4+ Years in Accounting /Finance preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Hands on MS-Excel and MS-Access
- Experience in HFM/Hyperion is an advantage
- Experience in using ERP systems, preferably Oracle is an advantage
- Knowledge of US-GAAP
- Fluent in English
