MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

FET is a core pillar for ETS Finance in leading performance management agenda. The role is responsible for driving performance management, business as usual partnering and process excellence on BFS Contracts Global, Local Cost helping to drive capability whilst delivering our ETS Targets. Supports the FET Senior Manager ES in the day to day partnering of the BFS teams.

 

JOB SUMMARY

•Drive performance management and forecasting on BFS costs - GLC's & ICCs including analysis of actuals, targets, variances and forecasts - monthly and quarterly.

•Assist the FET ES Manager on exposure management for big contract / budget management & support and YoY contract performance monitoring – FX and Tax impact within BFS

•Financial Management of the annual budget for BFS

•Maintain Risks & Opportunities for the service lines

•Finance Partner to the BFS Directors and Teams on BAU activities and analysis

•Monthly accruals, Prepayments, Intercompany cross charge

•Contract and Business Case Support for BFS

•Reporting and monitoring BFS costs on monthly basis

•Tracking BC delivery and ensuring benefit land in service line

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

•Ability to hold people accountability, high level of responsibility, strong leadership skill, have a bias for action and growth mind set.

•Strong analytical skills, Excel modelling skills and attention to detail (data accuracy and identification of errors)

•Working in a matrix reporting environment / Experience in managing a large and complex set of stakeholders

•Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

•Strong ability to work fluidly with data and across systems

•Strong ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders and strong communication and influencing skills

•Significant experience in Decision Support - business cases, financial rigour, governance

•Significant experience in holding others accountable (particularly peers and senior leadership)

 

Key Interfaces :

The role will interface with the following stakeholders:

BFS SL VP; LT, SDD’s & SDM’s on Performance Management and BAU operations. 

Finance Director ES

Cluster & Country finance for local accounting queries & resolution

Expertise functions:  Tax, Treasury, GCAD, PMO etc

Clusters for communicating & taking queries on GLC spend
