About the Position:

We at 91Springboard are looking for a smart individual to be a part of the Finance & Accounts team. The Finance Analyst role will provide you exposure across various functions. As part of a high growth organization, this role will have significant growth opportunities along with holistic exposure the entity with exposure to MIS reporting and creation of process to sustain the scalability. This role will involve reporting to the Head of Finance with periodical and frequent reporting mechanism to ascertain real time health of the entity. This role will also help build the last mile automation to facilitate the scalability.

For this role, we are looking for talented individuals with a stellar academic record, who has the ability to take risks and assume ownership of multiple projects under ambiguity. S/he will be equally comfortable doing C-Suite presentations and auditing and analyzing journal entries to get to the root cause of a problem. This is a high visibility role with significant business impact and we would love to hear from you if you meet the criteria below. Prior Startup experience, while not mandatory, is always welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design Management Reporting dashboard in consultation with Finance head.


• Multidimensional analysis which is the "slicing and dicing" of the data which will give good insight into the numbers at a more granular level. This requires a solid data warehousing and business-savvy analysts to get to the necessary data.


• Preparing periodical MIS, Financial reports, Presentations.


• Monitoring and Analyzing Key Business Drivers and identify and report variation for business decisions.


• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools


• Communicate key insights and findings to Operations team / management team.


• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better outcomes.

 

Required Skills/ Behavior

• Expert in MS excel/ MS access and other data analytic tools preferably Tableau


• Working Knowledge of Finance system or ERP – Finance Module preferable


• Should have robust awareness of GST return filing mechanism


• Superior communication skills (written and oral), analytical skills and a problem-solving approach


• Logical and critical thinker, strong in solving quantitative problems


• Client relationships and reporting skills


• Keen observation skills to drive meaningful and actionable insights


• Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines

Experience & Education

• Qualified MBA-Finance / CA (First attempt preference)


• 2-4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting background preferably in Service Sector. Startups ecosystem experience preferable
